  • Usage data: anonymized page views via Vercel Analytics. No cross-site tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Deliver the newsletter to subscribers.
  • Manage your account and grant access to Pro content.
  • Process and fulfill subscription payments via Stripe.
  • Improve the site and understand which content performs well.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the site:

  • Stripe: payment processing, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Resend: transactional and newsletter email delivery.
  • Firebase / Google: authentication and database (Firebase Auth, Firestore).
  • Vercel: hosting and anonymized analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

  • Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Account data: retained until you request deletion.
  • Analytics: rolling 90-day window, anonymized.
  • Payment records: retained as required by law (typically 7 years).

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any email. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, email privacy@attentionterminal.com.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
